The PayPipe™ providers - Sender and Receiver
In the payment world, there are endless terms for PSP (Payment Service Providers), payment methods and systems. Since they all play an important role in the PayPipe™ routing system, we have summarised them here.
Providers are all companies, payment schemes and methods active in the payment world. We distinguish between different types of providers, PayPipe™ Senders and PayPipe™ Receivers. As a Sender, you send transactions to a recipient (Receiver) via PayPipe™. In turn, Receivers receive transactions from Senders via PayPipe™. Depending on the business model, you can play either role in the biggest global routing gateway of PayPipe™. As a PayPipe™ Sender, you may be a PSP interested in connecting a payment method. As a PayPipe™ Receiver, you may be an acquirer or scheme operator primarily interested in marketing your services. Naturally, you can be both and connect new payment methods and systems to your system and find new business partners for your products.
